    About the Ebook

Here you will find answers to many questions about qigong, which an interested person commonly asks, be it a beginner who wants to get into the practice of Qigong for the first time or be it an experienced person who has always had "a thousand questions“, but the previous answers were not completely satisfied.
Helmut Kogel M.D-, a professor of surgery and master in various Asian martial arts, will be able to give you many explanations on the topic "What I always wanted to know". The book contains more than 400 instructive coloured illustrations to make it much easier for you to access the otherwise very difficult topic.
In addition to numerous exercises you will find graphics and descriptions that will introduce you to the secrets of qigong. The principle of fascial training according to Chinese methods is explained in detail. The book is also aimed at practitioners of Asian martial arts.
