About the Book
Dr. Kathryn Ko is a neurosurgeon and artist based in New York City. She earned her MD from the University of Hawaii, completed her neurosurgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and finished her MFA in representational painting from the Academy of Art University. Her artwork often blends medical themes and multimedia formats like medical cartoons and videos, advocating creativity in medicine. Dr. Ko's artistic endeavors extend into the YouTube channel Neurosurgery Le Freak, Instagram, and TikTok under the handle doc_ambidexter.
