The book includes our memories of twenty-three restaurants in Spain, which my wife and I have visited between 2005 and 2019. Ten of these are Michelin-starred restaurants, including six with three stars. The other thirteen restaurants also bring us great memories, and we certainly would like to go back to each of them in the future.
