About
Pauline Edwards was raised in Victoria, BC in a big house, not too far from downtown. Born to an English teaching mother and a French teaching father, she developed a queer fascination with grammar early on in life. This eventually led to a Bachelor of Science in Linguistics from the University of Victoria where she learned many juicy tidbits about languages near and far. Pauline writing is inspired by nature, dreams, and spirituality.
In addition to her poetry collections, Pauline has produced one musical studio album (There Comes a Time, 2009) and four music videos (Pampas Grass, 2009; Wild Bend, 2012; World Spins, 2021; and Shattered, 2024). The familiar themes of dreaming, consciousness, time cycles, and the relationship between love and pain, emerge in her writing and musical repertoire. An avid lucid-dreamer, Pauline published her first online course, “FATED” in 2022, in which she teaches her unique method of dream interpretation.
