A social scientist with a degree in Sociology (Magna Cum Laude) from the Central University of Venezuela, a degree in Advertising, and postgraduate studies in the Doctoral Program in Research Methodology in Sociology, Communication, and Culture at the Complutense University of Madrid, where she received a Diploma of Advanced Studies.
She has 20 years of professional experience in Programs, Planning, and Policy Advocacy for various national NGOs in the Dominican Republic and international organizations. She served for five years as National Country Coordinator for Investment Promotion for the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Save the Children, SOS Children's Villages, among others.
She founded AmarilloPositivo®© in 2017 to develop social and market research studies and support (MSMEs) in strengthening their businesses.
