When an artist decides to create, they create with an intention to express their deepest selves. It is why we are fascinated. We feel the soul, the energy, the expression of the artist...if there is pain, sorrow, triump, elation - we experience the heart of this.



Could it be that every single piece of art, every song, every sculpture is encoded with the energy of the artist? It must be why we feel things, are moved by certain photographs, certain songs and acting performances.



We feel the reaching from within, the reaching of the creator, the determination of the artist to find freedom in their expression...that is the very thing that we as recievers of the creation enjoy, that is what moves us to the very core.



Zen Day is a reflection of my soulful journey, an opening of the heart and a shedding of the past. It is encoded with my energy as an artist, searching for the grace that is intense with pure presence and simply enjoying the miracle of this very moment.
