I put this book together for my Grandmother, Lois McLeod. She is currently in the end stages of Parkinson's disease. She helped me learn about the world, see the beauty in it and in myself. Compiling this book has helped me feel closer to her, to see the world through her eyes. She spent much of her life writing poetry and painting, while raising children, grandchildren and running a dairy farm. Where did she find the time? Her art and poems are a lasting legacy for her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
