    About the Book

    Edit

Eventhough it originated in India thousands of years ago, many Westerners have chosen the sacred path of yoga and studied Ashtanga Yoga with Sri K.Pattabhi Jois and his grandson Sharat. Chuck Miller, Petri Räisänen, Anthony Prem Carlisi, Johnny Smith, Louise Ellis, Bhavani Maki, David Roche and Mark Darby, Matthew Sweeney, Tim Feldmann, Anne Nuotio, Radha Warell, Lucie Scott, as well as Sri B.N.S. Iyengar among others, have answered the same nine questions about their beginning, their transformation, their current practice and their opinion on the practice of yoga nowadays. In hope that their beautiful testimonies will be a source of inspiration for all and that the transformation through the practice of yoga will be as deep and as extraordinary as it has been for myself. Namaste
