Seventy-nine photographs, six chapters and forty-two lessons from this garden we call earth make up Volume I of Lessons From The Garden. Each lesson states a simple truth from the garden, and connects it to the human challenges of anger, abuse, codependency, emotional eating, stress, corporate burnout, depression, denial, resentment, forgiveness, spiritual growth, self-esteem, love, fear, or coping with death of a loved one.

Lessons From The Garden exhibits the photographic quality of a coffee-table book, yet holds the depth of a good read.
