A Christian devotional for women of all ages
I remember many days in my life when praising God was last on my list, especially during the hormonal days of PMS. It took me drawing nearer to God to understand that I could praise Him even in the midst of aches, pains and emotional roller coasters. God showed me how to change those three little letters – PMS – into something more meaningful and powerful in my life. He taught me that PMS could be something uplifting and encouraging. So, PMS doesn’t mean Pre-Menstrual Syndrome in my dictionary anymore. It means Praising My Savior. In and out of every season or every 28 day cycle, I’ve learned that I can praise God in the midst of it all and doing so gives me greater joy and strength for living the life God has planned for me.
