    About the Book

    Edit

Upon migrating to the United States from Jamaica in 1968, Lyndall Rhoden was inspired to write about some of his experiences and observations while going through: High School, The United States Air Force, Bronx Community College, Los Angeles City College and California State University Northridge (CSUN) - where he obtained his B.A. in Political Science. After driving taxi cabs in New York City, operating his business - Herb’s Body Shop in North Hollywood, California for seventeen years and Simply Salmon, his restaurant in Encino, California; and later driving tractor-trailers cross country, he has gained knowledge from all of these experiences while interacting with many different individuals.

Volume III of The Voice of the Lion is entitled “ROAR” and touches on the violence suffered by society today and other relevant issues as experienced through the life of Lyndall A Rhoden.
