BOZZA. In Chile, in 2010, there was a seismic event that occurred out off the coast of Concepcion, in the region in Biobio, on Feb. 27th, at 3:34 am with a magnitude of 8.8 on the Richter scale and lasting about three minutes.

Every tragedy lie thousands of stories of a thousand people. A thousand of souls and thousand of places. Past, present and future in a single moment swept away by an inhuman event. The terrible earthquake of 8.8 on the Richter scale, the fifth ever happened on earth, and the resulting tsunamis, have swept Chile February 27, 2010. But this disaster was an excuse to reveal the strength of mind, the will and the dignity of chilean and their land.

One and a half million homes were damaged around Chile, one third of them seriously.

Falls a building in Concepcion: more a hundred people in the rubble.

An Energy 30,000 times stronger than the earthquake that hit L'Aquila in April 2009.

Roads cut by faults and broken into several parts, vehicles overturned, bent viaducts, Concepcion "moved" by 25 cm. A city of 250,000 inhabitants. NASA scientists have found that the earthquake was so powerful that it shifted the axis of rotation of the Earth of 2.7 milliseconds of arc, equal to 8 cm and thus shortened the duration of the days.

    Simone Francescangeli

Photographer by passion. Soul on the road. He take shoots in a rush, led by the emotions and the desire to tell. With his eyes he tried to convey the soul and the dignity of humans. The every day man, that part of the world who does not live in the spotlight of the excesses. He likes to think that the every day life, the one that runs in the shadow of the weight of time, is made by the same man who wrote the story. Almost like an "Imagine ... ry" story-teller .
