    About the Book

    Edit

A Taste of the Caribbean is the first in a three volume series. More than two dozen photographs make up of this collection, which depicts various aspects of the daily life of regular folk in the Caribbean. The collection is called Dawn ‘til Dusk: it spans scenes that may be seen in any given day from sun-up to sun-down and simultaneously captures the lives of the young through to the elderly.

Although the photographs were taken primarily in Barbados and St. Vincent and the Grenadines they are quintessentially Caribbean. Anyone familiar with the Caribbean is immediately transported to the region that they do know. We are one people scattered over several patches of land across the Caribbean Sea.

    About the Author

Kingsley Roberts is a former photo journalist with the Nation newspaper in Barbados. He holds numerous certificates in various photography and video techniques. Roberts has won several awards during his career which stretches across three decades and several islands. He now lives and works in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
