    About the Book

    Edit

A 120 page (8in x 10in) book of photographs and notes on the less well known "southern circuit" National Parks of Tanzania. The photographs are a record of the author's visit to Tanzania in 2005. Hosted and transported by guides and park rangers from TANAPA (Tanzania National Park's Authority) he spent two weeks visiting Ruaha, Katavi, Mikumi and Udzungwa Mountains National Parks.

All 120 pages of the book can be previewed here.

The author is a photographer and writer who lived in southern Africa for 25 years. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree from Rhodes University, majoring in Zoology and Entomology, he worked as a Field Entomologist in the Tsetse Fly Control Division of the Rhodesian Government Dept of Veterinary Services. He now resides in Parker, Colorado where he and his wife, Jan, operate a book design and publishing business using Blurb BookSmart software. Contact Joe & Jan at BookCrafters@comcast.net.
