About the Creator
Laury Ostrow is a Seeker and Scribe whose work bridges imagination, myth, ecology, and lived experience. Drawing from a life shaped by nature, movement, visionary inquiry, and cultural memory, his writing explores the meeting ground of body, Earth, and consciousness. In Gaia Matrix Revisited, Ostrow enters into dialogue with the visionary art of Rowena Pattee Kryder, re-weaving her iconic oracle images through poetic interpretation, philosophical reflection, and personal insight. His approach is neither commentary nor explanation, but participation — allowing image, language, and imagination to reveal their shared intelligence. Influenced by Luminaries such as Goethe, Whitman, Jung, Steiner, McKenna, and indigenous cosmologies, Ostrow’s work treats imagination as a way of knowing and art as a living ecology. He writes not to instruct, but to awaken recognition — inviting readers to feel the world as a coherent, breathing whole where personal story and cosmic pattern are one.
