"Raw 5" is a limited edition of 150 copies.

With this surprising version of the Raw series books, the author ended up putting together over 100 images in unique juxtapositions that didn't fit into the original "Raw_one"

Led by a, seemingly, unconscious mind, he ended up with 18 images of his daughter (at the age of 2-7.) Therefore, it becomes also a personal family memoir of sorts, accompanied by images from events that occurred in the realm of the author , some parallel and some that were converging with the upbringing and the growing of his daughter.

(Portraits of JK Rowling and Emily Watson.) Some of his other popular portrait subjects are: : Colin Powell, Beyonce, Burt Reynolds ,Geoffrey Rush,Malcolm McLaren, Frank Stella, Michael Stipe, Pink, Julia Stiles, and more. Rafael gained numerous awards from organizations as: APA, PDN, Creativity, CA, and gained grants, as from The Marie Walsh Sharpe foundation. His work has been shown and collected globally , and he published 12 books up to date. Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Rafael moved to NYC in the 80s. In 2012 Rafael founded Fuchs Projects in Bushwick, Bklyn, NY.
