About the Creator
Angie Camp is a painter, illustrator, and visual storyteller whose creative journey began in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Trained in traditional China painting and later captivated by the fluid beauty of watercolor, and the versatility of acrylics and mixed media Angie has always been drawn to the quiet poetry of nature and the crisp lines of architecture. As a working mother of three, Angie was able to seriously dedicate herself to her art once her children were grown. Currently based in Potomac, Maryland, she continues to explore the intersection of art, nature, and the human touch. Either with a brush or through a camera lens she likes capturing the geometry of city power lines, the beauty of old style light-posts, and the unseen beauty that connects people and landscapes. Each city collection is paired with a song from a local artist, creating a visual and musical dialogue that celebrates the spirit of the places she visits.
