Ellen Denise Epperson, also known as Moonshadowe (she/her), is a certified fitness coach, yoga instructor, and life coach with a passion for guiding others toward holistic healing and personal empowerment. Through her work, she weaves together intuition, mindfulness, therapeutic art, and stress reduction to support wellness of the body, mind, and soul. Ellen’s journey into intuitive empowerment was born from her own path of deep healing after enduring emotional trauma and profound personal loss. Rather than being defined by these experiences, she transformed them into fuel for growth, compassion, and a calling to help others reclaim their inner strength.
