About the Book
In this book I recall my initial work with Collier in San Francisco on his Navajo films and later processing his personal archive at his Muir Beach home. Over a ten year period our adventures included trips to Kule Loklo in Point Reyes, the Taos Pueblo and Talpa, a settlement in New Mexico. The book contains photographs made by John Collier Jr., Dorothea Lange, Tom Levy, Chris Stewart, Victoria Petroni and Philip Adam.
