About the Creator
Joaquín is an underwater photographer and filmmaker based in French Polynesia. Originally from Argentina, he has spent years capturing the beauty and mystery of marine life—especially whales, dolphins, and sharks. His work has been featured internationally in platforms focused on ocean conservation and nature photography. As both a freediver and scuba diver, Joaquín has developed a deep connection with the ocean, witnessing its wonders and fragility up close. Through his images, he hopes to share the magic of the underwater world and inspire greater care for the life beneath the surface.
