    About the Book

    Edit

A collection of poetry exploring the very nature of life, love, death and everything inbetween. Have we lost our human nature or has such nature become inhumane? An embodiment of poetry, delving into the depths of the human mind, body and soul. Exploring what it is to be, to love, to feel seen.

"Blinded by an illusion, mirage if you will.
Deserted to the global recession of humanity" - Marcus St. Cyr

    Marcus St. Cyr
    United Kingdom

Marcus St. Cyr is a multifaceted creative: model, dancer, actor and author. Raised in South London, he has witnessed life’s obstacles through the lenses of family, love, and career, navigating them as a gay, multiracial man. These experiences inspired his first book of thought-provoking poetry. It offers an abstract reflection on what it means to be a queer person of colour living in one of the world’s most polycentric cities.
