    Edit

IN A NUTSHELL marks the 25th anniversary of the project 'Solano’s Gold - The People and Their Orchards', first published in 1999 by the Vacaville Museum.

The original book comprised of oral histories and photographs as a tribute to the rich agricultural region of Solano County. This expanded edition of photographs encompasses the downside of urban sprawl into fertile farmland.
