    The "Eat Your Morning Frog!" is a motivational frog notebook to help you fight procrastination. You can use it to focus on your self-growth, exercises, work, or study projects.

    The idea of eating a frog as your most disagreeable task of the day has existed for a long time. If you want to spend a happy, productive day, it is essential to identify the difficult tasks and get them out of the way first.

    There are 90 illustrated frogs in this "Eat Your Morning Frog!"; use each frog page to plan to tackle your task.

    Each morning, meet a new frog and jot down your most important task. Complete the task and "eat the frog" first thing each morning. Challenge yourself for ninety days in a row. Or hop in periodically whenever you need to stop yourself from procrastinating. Writing down your to-do list, and then completing tasks you usually put off will keep you focused as you realize your long-term goals. "Eat Your Morning Frog!" is your productivity tool kit, your place to jot down important ideas and organize your plans.
    Every day that you "eat" a frog, you defeat procrastination!

    First, identify what your task is, then write it down.
    Then eat (do) it first thing in the morning and get it done.

    An image of a frog can represent one small task or a group of tasks.
    It's up to you to decide. The important thing is to get your stuff done.

    "Eat Your Morning Frog!" can be your morning scribing or scribbling notebook.

    In the "Eat Your Morning Frog!", you have a one-year calendar to track dates, and also, there are three helpful project tracker pages to get started on your bigger game plan.

    Write freely, jot down whatever you want, and have fun.

    90 frogs are hard to swallow at once.
    The army of frogs is divided into three chapters, with 30 frogs per chapter.

    So, let's eat these 90 frogs one by one!

    “Eat Your Morning Frog!” is inspired by Brian Tracy's "Eat That Frog!" and a spin-off from my “90-Day Action Planner” series.
