    About the Book

    Edit

I wanted to offer you a glimpse into my mind, my wit, and humour, while I process the events of my life. I wanted you to realize that everyone you meet has a story and a coping strategy that is unique. So what's my story? I'm an LGBTQ South Asian woman who was just trying to figure it all out, and apparently so was everyone else around me! It wasn't and isn't an easy road, and through years of psychotherapy and psychedlics, I've managed to somehow keep it together. This book offers an insight into some of my processing of my story, and maybe one day I will write that story. Until then, I hope you find some common ground and love within my words.

I'm Dr. Monica Chadha I'm a chiropractor and movement coach and own a clinic/gym called Bodability. I began writing as a young teenager and enjoyed writing pieces that would get the wheels turning or really feeling it in the heart. As a South Asian LGBTQ woman, life's been interesting (to say the least) and I would like to use my words as a glimmer of hope and help to those who are searching. May my words provide you with the little reminder that strength resides in each of us, and it's known as love.
