My magazine is formatted as a visual grow journal that features six Cannabis plants I grew indoors in California. The legal plant limit for recreational users in California is six plants, so this project follows state guidelines and the resulting product will be for personal use only. As a type of visual grow diary, I documented and photographed on a weekly basis in order to demonstrate different stages and styles of plant growth. I also developed a growing understanding and appreciation of how to photograph Cannabis plants in many different styles. I used the Adobe Creative Cloud in order to put this magazine together, along with the print company Blurb that is available both online and through the Adobe Lightroom application.
